Former bailiff from Budennovsk and her accomplices are suspected of fraud

In Budyonnovsk, criminal cases under articles “fraud” and “aiding in fraud” against the former deputy senior bailiff and two of her friends are being investigated.

The press service of the regional investigation committee said that, according to the investigation, from October 2025 to January 2026, for the purpose of illegal enrichment, the defendant seized from subordinates enforcement proceedings initiated against three debtors, and accepted them for its production.

To repay the debt, the victims transferred money to the settlement account of the organization, and the defendant, using a special program, sent part of the dividends to repay the debt, and the other part to the accounts of friends. At the same time, the amount of principal debt practically did not decrease.

Her friends cashed the money and gave it to her. So she managed to steal more than 175 thousand rubles.

The woman was taken into custody, a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest was chosen against one of her accomplices, and the other accomplice fled. He was wanted. In order to ensure the execution of the sentence, the property of the accused was seized.
