The case of petty hooliganism against ambulance doctors was considered in the court of the Tver region

By the decision of the Kalininsky district court, the woman was found guilty of committing petty hooliganism, the press service of the court reported.

The court found that the woman, being in a public place, gross obscene language was expressed against ambulance workers who arrived on call to provide emergency medical care to the patient, distracted them, behaved inadequately and did not react to comments to stop their illegal actions. Immediately after that, the police detained the woman.

As a result of consideration of the case guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 20.1 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation appointed administrative arrest.

The ruling has not yet entered into force.
