The case of fraud with social payment for 350 thousand rubles transferred to the court in the Kuban

In the Otradno district of the Krasnodar Territory, a criminal case of a 39-year-old entrepreneur was sent to the court. He is accused of fraud in obtaining social benefits.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory, in February 2025, the man applied for state assistance for the development of small business. At the same time, he did not indicate income from entrepreneurial activity in the application, although he knew that he did not belong to the category of poor and did not have the right to payment under a social contract, the investigation believes.

Employees of the authorized institution approved the application, after which the entrepreneur received 350 thousand rubles. The investigation is completed, the indictment is approved, the case is sent to court. If found guilty, a man can face up to 6 years in prison.

A resident of Krasnodar was found guilty of receiving more than 830 thousand rubles for a non-existent child.
