In Anapa, an incident occurred with the participation of a minor on an electric scooter: on October 21, on Admiral Pustoshkin Street, a girl, driving a transport with a capacity of 600 W, failed to manage and hit a pedestrian.
It is known that at the time of the incident, the man was walking with the dog on a leash. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured, but the animal was very scared.
In relation to the young offender, administrative materials were made at once under two articles: part 2 of Article 12.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules for the location of a vehicle on the roadway, traffic on roadsides or sidewalks) and part 1 of Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle without the right to drive). Now to understand the situation will be the Commission on juvenile Affairs and protection of their rights under the administration of Anapa.
The parents of the girl made a protocol under part 3 of article 12.7 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation, and also registered a report on the inspection under part 1 of article 5.35 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (failure of parents to perform duties for the upbringing of a minor).
It is noteworthy that this is not the first such case for the young offender: on September 24, the girl was already prosecuted under Part 1 of Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and her parents - under Part 3 of the same article. Then the family assured that they would sell an electric scooter, but, apparently, this never happened, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Anapa reported.
