Shares of the company associated with the former head of the Labinsky district will turn into state income

The Court of Cassation in Krasnodar confirmed the legality of applying to the state 100% of the company’s shares associated with the former leaders of the Labinsky district. This was reported by the press service of the Fourth Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction.

The former head of the Labinsky district and his first deputy illegally leased agricultural plots. The land was transferred to peasant farms, who then ceded the rights to it to a limited liability company controlled by ex-officials, their relatives and trustees.

At the same time, information about the lease was not published in the media, which violated the established procedure for disposing of public property. After that, the prosecutor appealed to the court with a claim to appeal to the state revenue 100% of the share in the authorized capital of the company.

The Labinsky District Court granted the prosecutor’s demands, and the appellate instance left the decision unchanged. The fourth court of cassation agreed with the conclusions of the lower courts and confirmed that the treatment of property received as a result of corruption in the state revenue complies with the law.

Earlier, the former head of the Black Sea settlement of the Seversky district was sentenced to 2 years and 3 months in prison.
