Feodosia pensioner returned half a million rubles transferred to the fraudster

The Prosecutor’s office of Feodosia has achieved the return of the pensioner 500 thousand rubles, which she transferred on the instructions of the fraudster. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea.

As established by the investigation, the woman at the request of the attacker transferred the money to the bank account of another person. To return the funds, the pensioner appealed to the prosecutor’s office of the city, which filed a lawsuit against the owner of the account for the recovery of unjust enrichment and interest for the use of other people’s money in the total amount of 619,000 rubles.

The court granted the requirements, and the prosecutor's office achieved full implementation of the decision.
