The head of the Kaliningrad region shared a family photo on Father’s Day
The Governor of the Kaliningrad region Alexey Bezprozvannykh on Father's Day said that his father-miner was for him the main example of hard work and perseverance. Now the governor wants to pass on to his sons what he learned: responsibility, independence and decency.

On Father's Day, the Governor of the Kaliningrad region Alexey Besprozvannykh shared in social networks archival children's pictures and warm memories.
“I remember when my father was a child, he would go to the mine at five in the morning and come back tired. But despite the hard work, I always found time to raise my brother and I. If he went hunting or fishing, he definitely took us with him, taught us.
He noted that his father went from a miner to the head of the metallurgical complex, becoming for him the main example of diligence, responsibility and perseverance.
“I now have two sons myself. I try to convey to them what my father taught me: to be independent, to be responsible for actions and to keep my word. But the main thing is to remain decent people, be able to support and not pass by someone else's trouble, the governor added.
The initiative to make Father’s Day all-Russian sounded in 2019 at the forum in Yekaterinburg, and in the summer of 2021 it was supported by the Ministry of labor. The official status of the holiday on October 4, 2021 was given by President Vladimir Putin, signing a decree establishing a permanent date - the third Sunday of October.
Earlier, the governor of the Bezproznykh congratulated the road workers of the Kaliningrad region.
