The management of the Simferopol telecommunications company reimbursed damage in the amount of 11.2 million rubles for unfulfilled obligations after the bailiffs demanded to provide cars for arrest

The management of the Simferopol telecommunications company compensated damages in the amount of 11.2 million rubles for unfulfilled obligations after the bailiffs demanded to provide cars for arrest. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
The company did not pay in full with the Kazan enterprise, which performed electrical installation work for it, including on the territory of Crimea. The contractor appealed to the court, and he ordered the debtor to pay the debt, but voluntarily the company did not do this. The bailiff of the branch in the Central district of Simferopol initiated enforcement proceedings.
Within its framework, the bank accounts of a legal entity were arrested, a ban was imposed on making changes to the USRLE and on registration actions with 18 cars and trucks, but payment was not followed. Then the bailiff called the director to the reception and handed him the requirement to provide 4 vehicles for arrest.
In an effort to preserve the machines necessary for work, the management found the necessary amount as soon as possible and transferred it to the deposit account of the department. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
