The conflict in the apartment building of Kostroma turned into a tragedy

Kostroma police completed the investigation of the criminal case under Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, this is the intentional infliction of serious harm to health.

The materials, together with the approved indictment, were sent to the court.

It is established that the 38-year-old Kostromich went down to the neighbors in search of a friend, but from the threshold received a blow in the nose, from which he lost consciousness and fell on the concrete floor. After the ambulance arrived, he refused hospitalization. Two weeks later, due to headaches and hearing loss, the man went to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a fracture of the bones of the skull, nose and brain injury.

It turned out that the final blows, which caused serious harm, inflicted 31-year-old grandson of the neighbor, when the victim was already lying on the floor. The accused admitted guilt in part, saying that he only once hit the man to reassure him, as he began to scandalize in his grandmother’s apartment.
