Bailiffs prompted a resident of the Saki district to pay a criminal fine for driving while intoxicated

The bailiffs prompted a resident of the Saka district to pay a criminal fine for driving while intoxicated. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
As told in the Ministry, the woman was convicted under article 264.1 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment probation and a fine in the amount of 200 thousand rubles, and deprived of driving license for 2 years. To pay voluntarily convicted in no hurry, so the bailiff of the Saki and Saka district initiated enforcement proceedings, but the debtor disappeared and changed her place of residence.
The bailiffs put the woman on the executive wanted list, arrested her bank accounts, temporarily restricted her travel abroad and appealed to the court with a proposal to replace the fine with a stricter sentence related to imprisonment. During the search it turned out that she lives in one of the settlements of the district. The bailiff left for a new address and explained the consequences of evasion, after which the debtor paid the fine in full as soon as possible, without waiting for the court to consider the submission. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
