Kuryan received 13 years for robbery of his grandmother and murder

The industrial district court of Kursk announced the verdict of the chicken. The man was found guilty of two crimes - robbery and murder.

He went to his grandmother to ask for money. When she refused, took her TV worth more than 3400 rubles, handed it over to the pawnshop and spent 2 thousand rubles on himself.

A few days later, the accused drunk met with a man whom he had long been disliked. He took a kitchen knife and inflicted many blows on the body. The woman present tried to stop him - he pushed her away and continued the beating. After pulling the victim to the landing and several times kicked on the head and body, and then head on the floor. On the morning of August 25, 2025, the man died in hospital.

In court, Tarasevich pleaded guilty only to robbery, the murder denied.

The court appointed him 12 years of imprisonment with restriction of liberty for 1 year 6 months. Taking into account the earlier sentence, the final punishment is 13 years in a strict regime colony and 1.5 years of restriction of freedom.

The sentence has not entered into force.
