Kuryanka repaid alimony debt of 574 thousand rubles, but was convicted

In the Kursk region, a 35-year-old woman living in Lgov fully paid off alimony for more than half a million rubles. However, this did not exempt her from administrative responsibility.

According to the press service of the FSSP of Russia in the Kursk region, the citizen was deprived of parental rights in respect of two minor children. One of them now lives with his father, and the other is in custody. In the department of bailiffs in the Lgov district, two enforcement proceedings were conducted against the debtor.

A woman does not have formal employment, as well as property on which a penalty could be imposed. For a long time, she either did not transfer funds at all or contributed small amounts. As a result, the debt accumulated: 284 thousand rubles to his son and 290 thousand rubles to his daughter, the department said.

For evasion of payments, the bailiff brought the citizen to responsibility under part 1 of article 5.35 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation. This administrative protocol had a sobering effect on the debtor - she found the necessary funds and transferred them to the deposit account of the department in order to completely pay off debts to the children.

However, it was not possible to end the case in peace. Despite the repayment of the debt, the court sentenced the woman to 40 hours of compulsory work.
