Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Yana Lantratova held an online meeting with the head of the negotiating group from the Ukrainian side, Dmitry Lubinets. The main topic of discussion was the humanitarian mission in Alyoshka. The Ombudsman said this following the negotiations.
According to Lantratova, from the Russian side, the regime of silence will be established from October 27, 4:00 Moscow time. In turn, Dmitry Lubinets informed that the ceasefire will take place from October 27 from 3:00 Kyiv time. The parties confirmed that the silence regime will come into force at the same time.
During the meeting, previously agreed details of the humanitarian mission were discussed. As Lantratova noted, all processes take place in accordance with the developed agreements. Both sides are fulfilling their obligations.
The Ombudsman stressed that the work continues. She promised to inform about further actions separately.
