Leshukon to death beat a cohabitant because of jealousy
52-year-old resident of the village of Leshukonskoye found guilty
A 52-year-old resident of the village of Leshukonskoye was found guilty under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (deliberate infliction of serious harm to health, resulting in the death of a person by negligence). This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Arkhangelsk region and the NAO.
It was established that the convict lived in an apartment with a cohabitant and her adult daughter. In the period from 20 to 24 July, he was intoxicated during conflicts on the grounds of jealousy beat a woman, causing her serious harm to health.
From the injuries received, the victim died at the scene after a short time.
The defendant admitted guilt in full and repented. The court sentenced him to 7 years 6 months imprisonment with serving in a strict regime colony.
The sentence has not entered into force.
