People evacuated from burning thousands of square meters of warehouse in the Russian Federation

In Aksai, Rostov region, the fire area in the warehouse reached 9 thousand square meters. This was reported in GU EMERCOM of Russia.

More than 100 people and 36 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing. The department noted that fire and smoke spread quickly due to strong gusts of wind.

The fire occurred on the territory of warehouses for the production of plastic products of JSC Aksaykardandetal on Gagarin Street, 19. The signal of the fire arrived at 16:20 MSK.

The staff of the burning warehouse left the building. There is no threat to their lives, authorities said.
