In Naberezhnye Chelny, passers-by noticed a small child on the external air conditioning unit installed on the 12th floor of a residential building. Witnesses immediately called emergency services. As it turned out, the child was in the apartment without adult supervision. This was reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The incident occurred in September in the 78th complex of the city. Arrived police found that in the apartment lives a young large family. A 23-year-old mother and a 24-year-old father are raising three children - a one-year-old and a three-year-old girl, as well as a two-year-old son. On the day of the accident, the parents left all three houses alone.

Inspection of the dwelling revealed unsanitary conditions, lack of food and free access of children to open windows. The children looked unkempt and were later found to have lice. Neighbors told law enforcement that adults abuse alcohol and regularly leave children unattended.

A criminal case was opened against the mother on improper performance of parental duties. She could face up to three years in prison. All three children were transferred to a specialized institution, and the guardianship authorities prepared claims for deprivation of mother and father parental rights.
