The mother of the child who fell from the window of the 4th floor in Kirov, fined

The state prosecution in court was supported by employees of the district prosecutor's office. The woman was found guilty under article 125 of the criminal code.

The tragedy was avoided thanks to indifferent eyewitnesses of the incident. Noticing the falling baby, the people below managed to quickly stretch the blanket and catch it.

Ambulance doctors who arrived at the scene of the incident examined the child and did not record any injuries or injuries.

During the court hearing, Kirovchan fully admitted his guilt.

Having assessed the degree of public danger of the committed act, data on the identity of the defendant and mitigating circumstances, the court sentenced her to a fine of 20,000 rubles.

The incident also led to increased control by the relevant services.

The authorities of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency have stepped up work at the boy's place of residence and strengthened monitoring of families in socially dangerous situations.

The family itself was officially put on preventive record.
