A doctor from the Lipetsk region forged documents to issue potent drugs

Doctor-psychiatrist-narcologist of Dankivsk district hospital will appear in court on charges of official forgery, production of forged documents and illegal issuance of prescriptions for drugs containing narcotic or psychotropic substances. This was reported in the SU IC of Russia in the Lipetsk region.

According to the investigation, in February 2026, the doctor entered into the electronic card of the patient, who was registered due to alcohol use, false information about the recurrence of the disease. Allegedly, the man needed potent prescription drugs, although in fact the doctor did not examine him.

Based on these records, she made recipes. The drugs were subsequently purchased at a local pharmacy by another person.

The patient, who stopped drinking alcohol and expected to be removed from the dispensary register, learned about false information in the medical records and appealed to law enforcement agencies. The man said that he did not visit the doctor, and the information about the relapse is not true.

The investigation is complete. The criminal case with the indictment approved by the prosecutor was transferred to the court.
