Young Voronezh dealt with the car ex-wife of his sister

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Bobrovsky district received a statement from a 35-year-old resident of the village of Chesmenka. He said that his GAZ-3110 car was damaged near the house on Spartak Street: scratches and dents remained on the body. The amount of damage amounted to 13 150 rubles.

As a result of operational-search activities, district police officers identified the suspect and detained him. He was a 20-year-old unemployed brother of the applicant’s ex-wife. In the police department, the detainee pleaded guilty and explained his act by an hostile relationship with the victim.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The suspect was selected a preventive measure in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior. The sanction of the article provides for a punishment of up to two years in prison.
