In Khabarovsk, an unknown man introduced himself as a courier of a taxi service, took a batch of semi-finished products and money for delivery from an entrepreneur, after which he disappeared. The victim appealed to the police, according to the Telegram channel Amur Mash.
The owner of the workshop for the production of semi-finished products ordered the delivery of products to the client on the principle of “door to door”. Soon, a man came for the goods, who called the correct address of the recipient and the exact cost of the service. Not suspecting deception, the entrepreneur handed him an order for several thousand rubles and fully paid for the transportation.
Later it turned out that the goods were taken by a stranger. The real courier arrived at the shop after he left. By this point, the alleged fraudster stopped communicating, and the products did not reach the buyer.
The taxi support service explained that information about routes is available to drivers for preliminary review of orders. At the same time, the customer must check the data of the courier and his car through the application.
Representatives of the service refused to independently search for a man and recommended the entrepreneur to contact law enforcement agencies. The victim has already filed a report to the police.
