In Altai, a recidivist robbed the partner of his sister

It all started when a 49-year-old villager asked the local police station for help. The man announced the disappearance of 100 thousand rubles.

The police found out that the disappearance of money involved previously convicted 35-year-old resident of the village of Amur. The woman was taken to the police station, where she confessed. According to the detainee, one evening she looked at the light to her sister and her partner. The company was having fun and drinking. Later, when everyone was pretty drunk, the villager decided to go home.

While the taxi was going, the woman noticed a large stack of money on the kitchen table. Making sure that no one was watching her, the villager carefully took the banknotes and hid them in her pocket. Already at home, the attacker counted the bills and decided to spend everything on personal needs.

On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft, that is, secret theft of someone else’s property committed with causing significant damage to a citizen). In relation to the villager, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a subscription not to leave and proper behavior.
