In the Kuban, an official was fined for violating the term of the state contract

In the Kurganinsky district, an administration employee was prosecuted for violating the rules for spending budget funds.

The Prosecutor’s Office of the Kurganinsky district checked how budget legislation is observed in the implementation of the state program of the Krasnodar Territory “Formation of a modern urban environment”.

As part of the program, the municipality received a subsidy from the regional budget – the money was intended to support local projects to create a comfortable urban environment. It was necessary to conclude a contract on time to disburse the funds, but the local administration officer violated the deadlines.

Law enforcement officers regarded his actions as a violation of the conditions for the provision of interbudgetary transfers - an administrative case was initiated against the employee under part 3 of Article 15.15.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

The official was brought to justice: he was fined 10 thousand rubles, the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
