In Kanevsky district, the company was fined 500 thousand rubles for trying to speed up bureaucratic procedures with a bribe. Such a decision was made by the Prosecutor’s office following an inspection of compliance with anti-corruption legislation.

As the prosecutors found out, in 2025, the director of the organization transferred 50 thousand rubles to an official. The money was intended to quickly and without unnecessary obstacles to agree on the formulations of asphalt-concrete mixtures – they are necessary for the repair of the road network.

For the transfer of illegal remuneration on behalf of the legal entity, an administrative case was initiated against the company under Part 1 of Article 19.28 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Based on the results of the consideration of the organization, a fine of 500 thousand rubles was imposed - this amount has already been paid, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
