In Stavropol, the mother will be responsible for the transfer of a pitbike to a teenage son who shot down an inspector

The police of the Apanasenkovsk district is checking on the fact of an accident with a minor pitbike driver. This was reported in the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The incident occurred in May 2026 in the village of Divnom. The DPS crew tried to stop the pitbike without registration plates, which was driven by a 9th grade student of a local school. The teenager ignored the request of inspectors and, trying to escape, ran over a traffic police officer - the vehicle capsized.

The student explained that he did not notice the inspector because of the tinted visor of the helmet and the bright sun.

Juvenile inspectors found out that the pitbike was given to his son by his mother. The woman knowingly entrusted the management of a teenager who did not have a driving license or driving skills.

In relation to it, administrative material was drawn up for the transfer of control of the vehicle to a person who knowingly does not have such a right.

In addition, the actions of the mother are seen as signs of a crime for involving a minor in actions that pose a danger to his life.
