The Governor of the Orel region Andrey Klychkov revealed the details of the strike on the plant in the Soviet district of the regional center. He did it during a live broadcast on the social network Vkontakte today, October 25.

According to him, 19 people went to hospitals. Seven are in the hospital. Four people were killed, the body of another is being searched for under the rubble.

Also, the head of the Orel region said that at the time of the strike at the enterprise were about 200 people. Most of them managed to hide in the shelter.
