We will remind, the incident occurred on October 20 on the staircase of the residential complex "Rustrey" in the Kirov district. A man attacked his wife as she held a small child in her arms. After hearing the screams, neighbors called the police. The man was detained by Rosgvardia employees.
Investigators opened a criminal case under articles on hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and non-fulfillment of duties for the upbringing of a minor (Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Earlier, "MK in Novosibirsk" reported that Travnikov, Kudryavtsev and Shimkiv congratulated the new head of the Novosibirsk TFR on the appointment.
