Nissan, who shot down an elderly Kirov woman, found: the search for the driver continues
Investigators of the special department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Kirov region opened a criminal case on the fact of a fatal accident, which killed a 68-year-old woman
The investigation is conducted under paragraph "b" of part 4 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for liability for traffic violation, which resulted in the death of a person through negligence and associated with leaving the accident site.
The tragedy occurred on the morning of October 14 at the house No. 64 on Vladimirskaya Street in Kirov.
The driver of the Nissan car was not convinced of the safety of the maneuver and hit an elderly woman crossing the road on a regulated pedestrian crossing at a green traffic light.
The injuries received by the pensioner were incompatible with life, she died before the arrival of doctors, and the motorist immediately left the scene.
By now, the Kirov police were able to find the vehicle on which the collision occurred.
Now law enforcement officers conduct a complex of operational-search measures to establish the identity of the person who drove a foreign car at the time of the crime and bring him to justice.
