Night quarrel on Red in Kaliningrad ended with a fracture of the skull

In Kaliningrad during a night quarrel in the yard of a house on Red Street, a 34-year-old man suffered a severe head injury. He was diagnosed with a fractured skull bone and brain damage.

According to preliminary data, the conflict occurred after drinking alcohol. The man was taken to the hospital. Doctors assessed his condition as severe.

A 43-year-old Kaliningrad man is suspected of the attack. He's already under criminal investigation. He now faces up to eight years in prison.
