The Prosecutor’s office of Thai Pattaya has transferred to the court the second criminal case against the alleged members of the criminal group accused of the murder of 22-year-old Russian Diana Nazimova and her 17-year-old brother Roman

The Prosecutor’s office of Thai Pattaya transferred to the court the second criminal case against the alleged members of the criminal group, accused of the murder of 22-year-old Russian Diana Nazimova and her 17-year-old brother Roman. This time we are talking about the massacre of three citizens of Thailand, committed a month before the death of Russians. This is reported by the newspaper Matichon.
According to investigators, on the night of June 28, four armed men entered a private house in the Huai Yai district in southern Pattaya. Two of them, Thana Kytthong and Thongchai Sining, were wearing vests labeled "Police." Introducing themselves as law enforcement officers, the attackers immobilized the owners of the house. The head of the family was handcuffed, and his wife and 18-year-old daughter were tied with ropes.
The attackers took mobile phones and valuables, and then put the prisoners in a family-owned pickup truck. All three were taken to a coconut grove where investigators found they were killed and buried. Later, the remains of a Russian brother and sister were found nearby.
The existence of another crime became known during the investigation of the death of Nazimov. After the detention of Kytthong and Sinin, investigators were able to establish the circumstances of the murder of a Thai family.
In the new case, the accused are charged with crimes under nine articles of the Criminal Code of Thailand. Among them are premeditated murder, armed robbery at night, kidnapping, misappropriation of official powers and concealment of bodies. The court accepted the materials for consideration and appointed a meeting to hear the testimony of the accused on October 26.
The sister of the murdered head of a Thai family named Prisana told TASS earlier that she considered it necessary to impose the death penalty.
At the same time, the Provincial Court of Pattaya continues the trial of the murder of Russians. At Tuesday's hearing, Kytthong and Sinin pleaded guilty to all nine charges after the indictment was announced.
At the same time, on October 1, both defendants denied involvement in premeditated murder committed by prior conspiracy. In addition, Kytthong did not admit the rape charge.
The next hearing on the death of Diana and Roman Nazimov is scheduled for November 30. The court plans to begin questioning witnesses.
