A resident of Moscow Domodedovo for 10 months can not obtain insurance compensation after a traffic accident that occurred during a taxi ride.
According to the 66-year-old woman, in January of this year, she used the services of a taxi, but the trip was very short – after a couple of minutes the car collided with an oncoming car, according to the Telegram channel “112”. Due to a strong blow, the airbag worked, and the woman briefly lost consciousness. She returned home by bus, but the next day she felt unwell - she was taken from her workplace to the hospital.
According to the victim, doctors identified her concussion, and it took a month to recover. After that, the woman applied to the insurance company for the due payment and several times provided the necessary documents, including certificates from law enforcement agencies and a medical institution. According to her, employees of the organization each time demanded something to supplement or reissue.
The pensioner emphasizes that she gave the originals of the papers to insurers, but the money has not yet been transferred to her. When calling the company, she is told that the application will be considered, but, according to the woman, the situation does not change after that.
