“Trained grandmother”: new details of a brutal murder due to inheritance
Additional details of the brutal murder in Pushkino near Moscow were revealed, where the uncle stabbed his 33-year-old nephew, a member of the local Old Believers community, with a stitch, and then threw the corpse into the collector

As already reported by “MK”, investigators GSU TFR in the Moscow region solved the murder of the man, finding his corpse in the collector in the forest. On suspicion of the crime, the uncle of the deceased, an engineer of an IT company, was detained. The nephew, in turn, worked as a representative in a medical firm.
It turned out that on October 12 in the morning the villain was waiting for his nephew near the fence of the house on Prishvin Street and after a short conversation stabbed him with a stiletto. He loaded the body into a car, took it to a forest belt and threw it into a collector.
My husband’s relatives were there that evening. On October 13, a statement was filed with the police, on the same day law enforcement officers came to the uncle of the missing person. He immediately became the prime suspect, leading a lawsuit with his nephew over the house. From the passage of the polygraph, he refused, but later admitted everything and showed the place where he threw the corpse.
The motive of the crime was property disputes in this family. Earlier, the 79-year-old pensioner gave her grandson half of the land and half of the house with a total area of 19 by 12 squares. On one half lived the old woman herself, as well as her grandson and wife. And in the second half - the 55-year-old youngest son with his wife and 20-year-old daughter.
According to relatives, offended by this decision, the younger son of the pensioner after some time pulled the parent to his side. And the elderly woman, in order to cancel the gift agreement, began to file lawsuits in the Pushkin court on fictitious pretexts - they say that the grandson does not pay rent, does not participate in the maintenance of the house. My uncle filed similar lawsuits. In total, the deceased passed through 6 ships - and all decisions were in his favor.
The trigger was a lawsuit against his uncle, which was recently filed by his nephew and grandmother who again switched to his side for a total of 380 thousand rubles. They asked the relative to reimburse the costs of legal fees, transportation, loss of benefits due to absence from work. Upon learning of this, the man was outraged and, apparently, decided to commit a crime.
According to Anna Tertichnaya, assistant to the head of the SK for the Moscow region, the investigator inspected the scene of the incident, interrogations were carried out, forensic, psychological and psychiatric, molecular genetic examinations were appointed.
