Under Novosibirsk, the directors of the car company are tried for illegal self-premium

The fraud was revealed during an inspection of compliance with anti-corruption legislation, which was conducted by local prosecutors. It turned out that the director made decisions about his own bonus without any legal grounds. Moreover, payments were accrued secretly and against the will of the founder of the passenger enterprise.

On the basis of the materials collected by prosecutors, investigators of the regional SU ICR opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (appropriation of someone else’s property on a large scale using official position). By the time the investigation was completed, the accused had fully compensated the enterprise for the damage caused.

Nevertheless, the criminal case continued. The prosecutor approved the indictment and sent the materials to the Cherepanovsky District Court for consideration on the merits.

Now the former leader faces a large fine, forced labor or real imprisonment for up to six years.

Earlier, “MK in Novosibirsk” reported that the former head of the Ubinsk district Council of deputies was obliged to return the awards issued to himself.
