Under Tula bailiffs forced a foreigner to remove the illegal trading pavilion
In Bogoroditsky district 49-year-old foreigner dismantled the trading pavilion and vacated the land after the intervention of bailiffs

In Bogoroditsky district 49-year-old foreigner dismantled the trading pavilion and vacated the land after the intervention of bailiffs. The woman for a long time did not comply with the court decision, despite warnings and a fine, told “MK in Tula” in the press service of the FSSP in the region.
The enforcement proceedings were carried out in the department of bailiffs of Bogoroditsky and Volovsky districts. The woman was officially notified of the need to remove the pavilion, but she ignored the request of the court.
Then the bailiff issued a decree on the recovery of the execution fee in the amount of 10 thousand rubles. The debtor paid for it, but did not rush to vacate the site. After that, she was restricted from leaving Russia.
In other words, the prospect of being left without the opportunity to go home prompted the woman to comply with the court decision. As a result, the trading pavilion was dismantled, and the land was vacated.
We will remind, earlier "MK in Tula" wrote about the results of the second stage of operation "Illegal-2026", which took place in the Tula region from 1 to 10 October. According to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, during inspections, law enforcement officers identified and stopped 835 administrative offenses, and the total amount of fines exceeded 5 million rubles. In addition, 180 migrants were sent home.
