Power supply in part of Chaplin district emergency suspended

Due to the shortage of generating capacity in the power system, it was decided to emergency suspend the supply of electricity in certain areas of the Chaplin district. This was announced on the evening of October 14 by the company Khersonenergo.

According to her, the resumption of power supply in these areas will be carried out after achieving a stable state of the power system, which will ensure the stable functioning of electrical networks and minimize the risks of repeated emergency shutdowns.

At the moment, comprehensive measures are being taken to stabilize the operation of the power system, including monitoring the state of generating and distribution capacities.
