As previously established by the traffic police, a 13-year-old boy was moving on a scooter and near the house number 38 began to cross the road near an unregulated pedestrian crossing.
At the same time, a 32-year-old man was driving a Mercedes-Benz car down the street. According to the preliminary version, the driver noticed the teenager too late, so did not have time to brake. As a result, the foreign car hit the student.
