A teenager driving a car was stopped in Tver

In the afternoon of October 19, traffic police officers revealed on Tver Street the fact of driving a minor driver, the Department of State Traffic Inspectorate for the city reported.

There is no driver's license for the right to drive a young person. In respect of the father of the minor, administrative material was drawn up under part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

The teenager, together with the legal representative, was taken to the police department and handed over to the staff of the juvenile affairs unit to consider the issue of involvement under Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

The vehicle was placed in a specialized parking lot.
