A trip by car of a company of teenagers in the Neftekum district of Stavropol turned into an accident

In the Neftekum district, four teenagers failed to ride a car. Lada Kalina, which was driven by a 15-year-old driver, drove into a ditch and capsized. All participants in the accident suffered serious injuries. This was reported in the State Traffic Inspectorate of Stavropol.

According to preliminary data, the accident occurred due to the fact that the juvenile offender failed to manage. He and three passengers aged 14, 15 and 16 were hospitalized. Auto inspectors noted that the severity of the consequences was affected by the non-use of seat belts.

In relation to the parents of a teenager, administrative material was collected for the transfer of transport management, as well as for failure to fulfill duties for the upbringing of minors. The materials will be sent to the commission on juvenile affairs and protection of their rights.
