Demanded 21 thousand rubles a month for a mortgage tula did not achieve payments

The station district court of Tula refused to recover from the former spouse part of the cost of repaying the mortgage loan. The decision was made on October 14, 2026.

As follows from the materials of the case, the plaintiff concluded a loan agreement with the bank and purchased an apartment in the property with the received funds. She lives in this house with her child.

The woman appealed to the court, citing the obligation of parents to provide children with housing. She asked to recover from her ex-husband additional expenses in the amount of 21,174 rubles monthly – half of the mortgage payment. In addition, the plaintiff demanded compensation for 148,219 rubles already paid on the loan for the previous period.

As a result of the consideration of the case, the court refused to satisfy all the claims.

The decision has not yet entered into legal force. It may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Earlier, "MK in Tula" wrote that the court sentenced the tulya Zmeykova, who stabbed her partner after the guests left. The verdict was made taking into account the position of the state prosecutor. Zmeykova was found guilty under part 4 of article 111 of the criminal code.
