According to eyewitnesses, the fire occurred near the stop “School No. 115”, and the fire was located near the local gas station.
In social networks, the townspeople published footage with a blazing reed. According to Volgograd residents, smoke from the fire was visible from different parts of the regional center.
The press service of the GU EMERCOM of Russia in the region confirmed the information about the incident: a fire of reeds was recorded by individual foci.
The department reported that the firefighters went out to extinguish the burning vegetation.
