A bear walking near a kindergarten was spotted in a Russian city

In the village of Bely Yar, Altai district of Khakassia, a bear was seen in the area of the new kindergarten "Ogonek". This was reported by the head of the district Irina Voynova on his page in “Vkontakte”.

The official urged the countrymen to remain calm and assured that the situation is under control. She recommended temporarily eliminating walks, especially with children, and keeping in touch with schoolchildren.
