The Southern Transport Prosecutor's Office organized an inspection into the incident with the boat in Dagestan. This was reported by the press service of the supervisory authority.

According to preliminary information, in the waters of the Caspian Sea near the village of Sulak, a motor boat with two men on board capsized. Search operations are currently underway.

The Prosecutor’s office checks the implementation of legislation on the safety of water transport operation, following the results, the issue of the need to take response measures will be considered, the department added.
