Drunk recidivist driver caught on the road in the Tver region

In Vsezhegonsk, Tver region, traffic police officers stopped the Hyundai Solaris car for inspection, which was driven by a 38-year-old man with obvious signs of intoxication.

Medical examination confirmed the presence of alcohol in the body. A database check showed that the driver had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for drunk driving.

The man was removed from control, and his car was placed in a special parking lot. A criminal case was opened against him under part 1 of Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
