In the Penza region, a 40-year-old citizen applied to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Lopatinsky district with a statement about causing her bodily harm. According to the victim, she was injured by a 46-year-old acquaintance who threw a glass glass in her face during the conflict.
A police officer was sent to the scene to verify the information received. It turned out that the applicant and the suspect had been in close relations for 15 years, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Penza region reported. At the time of drinking alcoholic beverages, the woman made a claim to the man and stated her desire to part.
Such a statement caused aggression in the man. In response to the woman's demands, he threw a glass glass at her face. As a result of the impact, glass fragments damaged the skin of the victim's face.
On this fact, the investigating authorities opened a criminal case. The actions of the suspect are qualified under paragraph "h" of part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for liability for intentional infliction of serious harm to health with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons. The sanction of this article is punishable by imprisonment for up to 10 years.
