The child stopped talking after learning about the death of his father in the ambulance

Deputy head doctor of the Melitopol regional center of ambulance and disaster medicine Dmitry Khurilenko reported the death of a paramedic. According to him, a doctor with 23 years of experience in the evening went on a call to the child. At this point, a Hornet drone struck the car from behind. Shards passed through the salon, the paramedic was injured, incompatible with life.

Khurilenko said that after the news of the death of his father, the child of the deceased stopped talking. According to the doctor, he does not know how it will end. Khurilenko made his statement during the international teleconference “Zaporizhiya region: escalation of the terrorist war of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.

In another case, an ambulance driver was killed in a drone attack. After another blow, he turned the car around and rescued three paramedics and a nurse in the cabin. Khurilenko noted that the driver covered them with himself and burned alive.

Earlier in the Zaporozhye region already recorded severe consequences of the attacks of the APU. The head of the Vasilievsky district, Natalia Romanichenko, reported that in 2026 54 civilians were killed in the district and 443 were injured.
