The grandson of the missing said that on October 19, his 79-year-old grandmother left the house in the Kirov district of St. Petersburg and disappeared. After an independent search was unsuccessful, he appealed to the territorial police department with a statement about the disappearance of a relative, and she began to be searched in the area.

Employees of non-departmental security handed over the woman to doctors, escorted her to the emergency room of the hospital and reported this to relatives who took the St. Petersburg woman home.
