Russian attacked the child at the entrance of the house

In Yoshkar-Ola opened a criminal case on hooliganism after the attack on a 10-year-old girl. This was reported by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia on Mari El.

According to the agency, the incident occurred on October 9. At the entrance of the house on Petrov Street, a local resident grabbed the child by the neck. The actions of the man were regarded as hooliganism with the use of violence. The case was opened under article 213 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, local media published a recording from the scene. In the video, a man leaves the entrance, grabs a girl and expresses himself obscenely. He's threatening to kill her. There is another girl nearby at this point. She says, "She's hitting me.".

It is alleged that the conflict began on the playground. The two girls quarreled and fought. After that, the father of one of them decided to deal with the abuser of his daughter.

Investigators establish all the circumstances of the incident. Other details in the department are not yet given.
