The Russian was put on trial for buying a fictitious certificate for the return of rights

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the court sentenced to one and a half years of imprisonment a conditionally local resident for buying a fictitious medical certificate for the return of a driver's license. This was reported in the Prosecutor’s office of the region.

The man, previously deprived of a driver's license, decided to return to the wheel, but did not undergo examinations. According to the investigation, in June 2023, through an intermediary, he agreed with an employee of the Mansk district hospital in the village of Shalinskoye.

For 20 thousand rubles, he issued a conclusion about the absence of contraindications without mandatory examination of doctors.

The information was transmitted through an intermediary. The man received a certificate, although the medical examination did not actually pass. Later, the documents interested law enforcement officers – the hospital seized the register of medical reports for drivers, and the transferred money became the subject of a criminal case of bribery.

The convict was also confiscated 20,000 rubles.
