Russian woman in the parking lot burned the car of law enforcement officers

In the city of Balashov, Saratov region, an 18-year-old local resident was detained for deliberately setting fire to a service car. This was reported in the Investigative Committee of Russia.

According to investigators, the incident occurred on October 19. The girl arrived at the law enforcement unit, performing the task of an unknown curator, with whom she communicated in one of the messengers. Clothed in a flammable liquid, she set the car on fire. As a result, the fire partially destroyed the body and interior of the vehicle.

After the arson, the attacker called her handler via video link to report on the incident. The suspect is currently detained. Investigators decide on the election of a preventive measure for her. The investigation is ongoing.

This is not the first such case in 2026: in October in Yekaterinburg, a 17-year-old teenager on the instructions of Internet curators set fire to two police cars. Earlier, in September, in the Volgograd region, a student also set fire to a police car, following the instructions of an anonymous curator from the messenger.
