The incident occurred in June in an apartment on Proviantskaya Street in the October district. Homeowner beat 48-year-old ambulance worker.

Doctors diagnosed the victim with a closed traumatic brain injury and concussion.

According to the results of the medical examination, a criminal case was opened on intentional infliction of light harm to health in connection with the performance of official duties.

The suspect, who had previously been brought to criminal responsibility, was detained, but then released on a condition of not leaving and proper behavior. The investigation is ongoing.
