With the onset of darkness, a tram on the Soviet in Tula hit a car

In Tula, with the onset of darkness, the tram collided with a passenger car. Public transport flew into the side of the car on Soviet street, which is located in the Central district of the city.

After the incident, rail traffic was stopped, eyewitnesses say.

The message about the accident appeared on Wednesday, October 21, in the channel “Tula Zhest” in the national messenger MAX. Details of the collision have not yet been reported. There is no information about possible victims either.

According to preliminary data, during the turn near the stop, the front tram cart lost traction with the tracks, because of which part of the car was on the asphalt. Emergency service specialists worked at the site. Then citizens in the comments argued about the causes of the incident: some associated it with the state of the tracks, others pointed to the outdated tram park.
